[Update 4 Dec 2023] New detailed images of the Levi’s x New Balance 580 have arrived, alongside a confirmed release date. They are set to drop on Levi’s on 6 December, followed by a wider release via New Balance on 7 December.

The quintessence of Americana denimwear, Levi’s, made a recent foray into the footwear realm producing indubitably one of the best renditions of Crocs’ staples. Particularly the special handmade Clogs with PROLETA RE ART.

Reuniting with New Balance since their 2021 effort on the 990v3, the shoemakers now offer up another canvas in the form of the 580v2, producing two colorways of the silhouette.

Denim, of course, is a mainstay with the material adorning the toe box and heel. For the first pair, they’re juxtaposed against the grey suede overlays and the neon pink and blue New Balance branding; with both laying claim on the yellow insoles.

The second colorway sees denim employed in the same parts, surrounded by overlays in beige with purple hues accenting the pair at the quarter. Blue hits are introduced on the heel, as well as the “N” logo on the profiles and tongue tag.
