[Update 30 Nov 2023] Several weeks have passed since the initial reveal of the Nike V2K Run “Obsidian/Burgundy/Volt,” and a confirmed release date is now in sight. Secure your pair on December 14th through Nike for $110.

The Nike V2K Run silhouette emerged early on this year and was recently reintroduced in a new “Obsidian/Burgundy/Volt” colorway, inspired by the aesthetics of the Y2K era.

It’s tooled with a reflective mesh base, dark navy leather overlays and color-matched Swooshes on the profile. Vibrant hits of burgundy and volt accent the tongue, pull tabs, and heel. Underfoot comes the signature Cushlon sole unit adorned with a wine red heel, in tandem with the shadow grey contrasts on the shank and heel clip.

Designed for athletic use, its embodiment of the dad shoe aesthetic makes it a trendy lifestyle option too—much like the Zoom Vomero 5 before it.

There’s no release date disclosed yet but they are projected to arrive within the year for US$110. Stay tuned!
