In 2013, Boston-based label Concepts and New Balance joined forces to unveil the 998 “C-Note” as part of the silhouette’s 20th anniversary celebration. Since then, it has become one of the most memorable offerings from the duo.

Now, 10 years since its inception, the pair is rumored to see a reissue. Boasting a design inspired by the $100 bill, the pair is said to feature a combination of high quality suedes, accentuated with reflective 3M detailing throughout its upper.

Besides a caption of “Old Money…” shared by Deon Point, Creative Director of Concepts, there are no confirmation regarding a release of the Concepts x New Balance 998 “C-Note” at this time. But rest assured we will keep you informed when updates surface so stay tuned here.
