[Update 2 Oct 2023] Official images have arrived of the previously unnamed atmos x Salomon silhouette. Now dubbed the “atmos x Salomon ACS + CSWP “Strata Fossil'”, the pair is scheduled for release on 7 October with an RRP of US$200. 2023 featured some of the best Salomon collaborations happen with the likes of Sandy Liang, Palace, and JJJJound. A few, are not just the best Salomon collabs this year, but arguably the best collabs from any brand.

Although they’ve worked with atmos earlier on, they’ve apparently reunited with the premier Japanese streetwear purveyors. This time, for the ACS +—as seen on the cover of SHOES MASTER Vol. 40, a specialist magazine from Japan on all things sneakers.

Projected to make its debut in time for Fall/Winter 2023, and similar to its predecessor, the color scheme is subdued, engulfed in a palette of various earth tones.

Many components including the cage and the ripstop base are clothed in a shade of brown; with a mild contrast introduced through the black laces, sockliner, and adjacent highlights. The pair’s finished off with atmos’ branding on the instep, presided by Salmon’s on the tongue.

A release date hasn’t been confirmed but more details and images should emerge within the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
