These days, it seems like no one can go to an event without seeing a “Panda” Dunk Low. Beloved in the beginning, now its ubiquity has summoned derision.

It’s adoration is well-founded nevertheless considering how versatile the palette is. If there isn’t a way to get rid of them, then they just have to be reinvented. Often, looking to the old is a good way to see something new. Thus, this vintage makeup.

The pair is covered in the familiar, two-toned color blocking. The “vintage” touch is introduced by way of the subtle distressing on the Black leather overlays comprising the Swooshes on the profiles.

The motif is further materialized on the yellowed laces and midsoles. The White base layer of the upper however, remains undisturbed with a clean, pristine setup, giving the pair a fresh feel still.

There isn’t a firm release date yet but they’re expected to be released within the year. Till then, enjoy a look at the pair through the retail images above!
