Jordan Jumpman Jack 2024

[Update 16 Oct 2023] The upcoming Travis Scott silhouettes that were previously referred to as the Jordan Cut the Check are now officially called the Jumpman Jack, according to sources at the brand.

Three colorways are set to release in Holiday 2023 and Spring 2024: the Jordan Jumpman Jack SP, Jordan Jumpman Jack TR, and Jordan Jumpman Jack SP OPT 3.

The SP and OPT 3 models are expected to be limited-edition releases, while the TR model is expected to be more widely available.

Travis Scott dominated the news cycle last week with the imminent release of Utopia taking place at the Pyramids of Giza, in addition to the official announcement of his first original signature shoe under the Jordan Brand umbrella. The model now dubbed “Cut the Check”, was first seen during the red carpet premiere of The Idol at Cannes Film Festival.

Along with the leaked images of the black pair, came a few more of a different colorway, seen on location and courtside. Earlier reports state they’re scheduled to be released at the tail end of 2023 with more colorways to follow early next year.

With regards to said colorways, one of the first is likely the titular “Medium Olive”, a color association established with his earlier Jordan 1 collaboration of the same palette.

The low-tops take after its AJ 1 predecessor with its sole unit seemingly inspired by the AJ5’s. The most significant retrofitting however would be the midfoot strap on the upper à la the Jordan Legacy 312. Other than that, it adopts the same color scheme and color-blocking of the “Medium Olive” AJ1 like the blacked out base layer and white overlays.

The pair remains an enigma with the only lead being the mockup from @glitchedgarbage. Considering the scrutiny and anticipation Travis Scott’s sneakers solicit, more information shouldn’t be far behind. Stay tuned!

In the meantime, consider a look at another “Medium Olive” pair.
