The Nike Dunk Low Twist debuted at the start of 2023 as part of the Dunk’s evolution that began almost 40 years ago. There’s only been a handful of hues seen thus far but latest to join the popular “Panda” colorway and others is the titular “Dark Obsidian”.

The most subtle and austere take to date from the model, it forgoes the usual vibrant hues in favor of a deep blue that engulf the midsole, leather base layer, and collar of the shoe.

In addition to the black touches on the overlays and laces, it rounds off its aesthetic by way of the branding fixtures like the protruding Nike emblem on the tongue and the extended Swooshes on the profiles—evocative of AMBUSH.

The shoes are purported to arrive sometime within the year although no release date has been affirmed. Per the others, they’re expected to retail for US$120 as well. Stay tuned for more details!
