[Update 28 Jul 2023] The existence of a CLOT x Supreme collab, first teased by CLOT’s very own Edison Chen, has been confirmed with images of a t-shirt and release details. True to the teasers, the collaborative tee will feature an image of strawberries with the text “CLOT 20 ANNIVERSARY LOVE SUPREME” printed across.

Chen’s JUICE store has also revealed details of the drop. Citing that this CLOT x Supreme tee comes in “extremely limited quantities”, it will only be available through a first come, first served raffle, which is reserved exclusively for customers of brick-and-motar JUICE stores (Hong Kong, China and Taiwan) who have made minimum purchases of HK$1,500 (or the region’s currency equivalent). The raffle will take place on 4 August.

In relation to the above, do you? There’s nothing to disprove its veracity, and with Edison Chen himself posting the question, it may materialize sometime in the future. Why even bring it to public attnetion if it isn’t a legitimate idea that’s floated around in the ether for awhile?

That single Thread from the boss is more than enough to galvanize the rumor mill. Considering that CLOT and Nike are ending their partnership after one more release—which presumably is the CLOT x Nike Dunk Low “What The”—a tripartite sneaker release with the Swoosh may be off the table.

These are just presumptions but it’s likely that the collaboration with Supreme will be an apparel offering. The quintessential New York streetwear brand may be on the way down from the apex but they still command attention within the street culture vultures.
