It's the summertime now and the temperature's rising, but the Swoosh has already got your for the fall.
Between all the Nike Dunk Lows and Air Jordan 1 Lows that’s on almost everybody’s feet, there’s the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 that’s been making its own wave. It’s the Swoosh’s answer to the dad shoe, and the answer is as visually eloquent as can be. Adding to its expanding lineup and appeal, is the beloved “Sail” colorway that sits comfortably at the palate of its most casual and ardent fans.
For this iteration, uniformity is the name of the game with Sail and Light Orewood Brown addressing the Zoom Vomero 5 multi-material make. From the breathable open mesh base to the leather overlays. As finishing touches, 3M reflective highlights are introduced on the mudguard, heel, and tongue.
Lest we forget, consistent throughout other versions of the model is the Bill Bowerman graphic imprinted on the insoles. All the previously-mentioned is anchored by the Zoom Air technology for greater cushioning, providing function to the fashion.
A firm release date hasn’t been disclosed but they’re expected to land in stores in the fall for US$160. Enjoy the official images until we get word on when they’ll exactly drop.
