The Nike Terminator Low in a Versatile, Tonal “Medium Ash” Makeup
Whatever season you wear them in, they're bound to be a fit for one of your fits.
Retro silhouettes are timeless proven by the overwhelming popularity of the Dunks, Air Force 1s, and the Jordan 1s. Another embodiment of the design convention of that era, is the Terminator. Insofar as the aforementioned pairs, the Low iterations trump over its taller counterparts the Highs and Mids. And the Terminator got the memo.
The Terminator Low is gaining more attention now with the recent news of the “Sofvi” and the “NY vs NY” colorways (especially with the tournament happening concurrently at the time of writing). Echoing the tones of the season is the titular “Medium Ash” makeup.
The pair blends Black, Medium Ash, and Gum Dark Brown, dressing its mesh, hairy suede, and leather construct. It has a Black base layer, sockliner, tongue, and laces; with Medium Ash overlays creating aesthetic uniformity, and at the same time, tonal contrast.
The heels sport the traditional “NIKE” insignia, while the Swooshes on the cushioned tongue labels get a hit of vivid Red, highlighted against its dark background. All of the previously-mentioned sit atop a durable Gum Dark Brown rubber outsole to complete the look.
A firm release date is yet to be disclosed but they’re expected to hit the shelves sometime within the year for an RRP of US$120. Enjoy a look at the official images and wait for an update here at this very page. Stay tuned!
