[Update 14 May 2024] The KANGHYUK x Reebok Collection has been released. Aside from the Classic Leather and Club C silhouettes, they’ll also be accompanied by an apparel lineup adorned with the same deconstructionist design language.

[Update 30 Apr 2024] Additional images of the KANGHYUK x Reebok SS24 collection have now emerged! Check them out in the gallery above and anticipate the release coming 6 May via KANGHYUK, Reebok, atmos, and select retailers. The Club C LTD and Classic LTD models will retail at 60,500 JPY each (~US$386).

KANGHYUK and Reebok’s joint efforts were unequivocally rare, especially when only a few hundreds were produced at a time to serve a global market. The MO has remained the same with their subsequent releases, the same for the Korean label’s take on Reebok’s Club C and Classic Leather.

Both pairs are predominantly dressed in white, with red detailing added atop by way of the foxing and stitching that holds every torn piece of fabric. They’re most likely made almost entirely out of airbags, a stylistic execution typically KANGHYUK. Additionally, the sole unit has been retrofitted to reflect a more contemporary aesthetic.
