[Update 24 Jul 2023] A mockup of the Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Low “Brown/Grey/Khaki” has now surfaced, courtesy of @ph__community. Take a look at the image on the top slider as we await further updates on the pairs.

[Update 14 Jun 2023] There are no images yet of any of the pairs of Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Lows but sources purport there are actually three in production—two Lows and one High. The first will feature a Green body with removable Swooshes, another in a Brown/Grey/Khaki palette with chrome Swooshes, and the high-top will see a Cactus Jack logo on the tongue and a CJ Smiley on the heel.

The pairs are projected to drop in November 2023, but the Brown colorway’s release has yet to be confirmed. For that, stay tuned for another update!

The paisley-dressed Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Low is one of the duo’s best offerings and with a restock on 16 June in Japan, the rumor mill is back on overdrive, galvanized by the mockup from @glitchedgarbage on Instagram. Therein the post, its purported that two Nike SB Dunk Lows, in addition to Dunk Highs, are currently in production, with a release scheduled for the second half of 2023.

It’s not the first time that these details have emerged having been insinuated early on this year. The paisley overlays of the above-mentioned pair—a tearaway—reveals a makeup with a familiar elephant skin motif underneath. And so it seems, this bare-bodied Travis Scott Dunks will be a release of its own.

There are slight deviations from the live image of the sample and the mockups, but their shared DNA is evident. The two pairs feature a similar construction, differentiated only by the Swooshes: One sees a metallic finish, the other, black. Another highlight is the integration of reflective 3M that highlights the elephant skin motif. As with most of the duo’s releases, these pairs too will maintain a neutral palette.

Information is scant at the moment but by now we’re all familiar with the agony Travis Scott releases conjure up. We’ll all just have to wait in bated breath to know whether there’s any veracity to these rumors.

As usual, when word gets to us, we’ll get them to you.

In the mean time, breathe and check out this release from another rapper: Macklemore’s Bogey Boys x adidas collection.
