There aren’t many that have the same long history as adidas’ Stan Smith. It’s been reimagined in a plethora of colorways over the course of its 50-year lifespan. The latest of which is the Lux line of the model, now introduced in a pristine “Cloud White”.

Premium leather forms the entirety of its upper, including its tongue and heels. To keep its luxury feel, there aren’t many embellishments on the shoe, but each one that there is, becomes an important detail. Some noteworthy ones include the perforations on the profiles for ventilation, as well as the metallic gold “Stan Smith” imprint on the lateral and tongue labels. Branding elements are introduced by way of an embossment on the heels and insoles, with one more taking real estate on the lateral of the all-white sole unit.

They’re scheduled for release on 15 June with an RRP of US$145. Find them then on adidas’ brick-and-click!
