[Update 1 Aug 2023] Official images of the Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2 “Hyper Pink” have arrived, alongside a release date. While the Barbie hype is still running strong, expect to find these via Nike and select retailers come 10 August. It will retail at US$170.

The high performance Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2, which debuted in 2022, is still among the most popular basketball shoes on the market. With basketball a growing sport between all demographics, it’s only apt the titular pair gets a women’s exclusive reintroduction starting with this “Hyper Pink” makeup.

Gym Red, Hyper Pink, Fireberry, Fierce Pink, and Pearl Pink form its palette, addressing the lightweight, breathable engineered mesh upper. Along with leather tongues and the profile Swooshes, the design is further embued by their signature technologies: React, Air Zoom Strobel cushioning, and finished off with a Zoom Air unit in the heel.

Official images and a release date haven’t been disclosed but they’re expected to have an RRP of US$170. Stay tuned for more details!
