McDonald’s x NewJeans Launches “Fly to the McDonald’s Chicken World” Campaign in Asia

[Update 29 May 2023] More images of the McDonald’s x NewJeans Chicken Menu Campaign have now surfaced, revealing the collaborative meal packaging that is set to be made available starting 1 June in South Korea. Take a look at them on the article slider above as we await more updates to come.
Back in March, K-Pop global phenomenon NewJeans and fast food franchise McDonald’s swamped the internet with the announcement of a collaborative campaign launch. But since the event was only limited to South Korea, many international fans were left with hopes of seeing the collaborative works go global.
However, those prayers were answered, as McDonald’s Korea officially took to Instagram to announce a new Chicken Menu campaign with the girl group and this time, launch dates for Asia countries have also been revealed.
With a theme set on “Fly to the McDonald’s Chicken World”, special meals with packaging featuring NewJeans’ Bunnies mascot and “M” logos will be made available for purchase. Selected stores will also see interior and seat decorations of the members of the girl group.
To commemorate the event, a “NewJeans Chicken Dance Challenge” campaign will also be held alongside weekly lucky draws for chances to win exclusive prizes.
