Stüssy Digs Into the Archives To Revive Its Nintendo N64 Parody Tee
Originally launched in the late '90s.
Stüssy has become a household name for streetwear over the past few decades. It’s unmistakable logo, scrawled by founder Shawn Stussy himself in the ’80s, reigns supreme all over the world. As part of the label’s Summer 23 offerings, they’re bringing back a cult favorite t-shirt: the Nintendo N64 Parody Tee.
Originally released back in the late ’90s, the Stüssy Nintendo N64 Parody Tee was one that was fit for the zeitgeist. The N64 was the most popular gaming console among youths of the time, and everyone and anyone wanted one. The original collection included tees, hoodies, crewnecks among others, and in 2023 it’s returning once more to Stüssy’s shelves.
Riding off the recent The Super Mario Bros. Movie, the skate brand has found the perfect opportunity to revive a classic design. If you’re interested in buying one, it drops on 12 May via the Stüssy website, Stüssy Chapter stores and at select Dover Street Market locations. You can also check out the rest of their Summer 23 collection on their Instagram.
