The Phoenix Suns are through to the NBA Playoffs Western Conference Semi-Finals, after beating the LA Clippers yesterday to make it a 4-1 series. Kevin Durant did it in style, scoring 31 points (alongside Devin Booker‘s stellar 47) to clinch the series, all while debuting the new Nike KD 16 “NY vs NY” colorway.

Inspired by the annual Nike “NY vs “NY” high school basketball tournament, this new Nike KD 16 “NY vs NY” comes dressed in a primarily red makeup. Here, the textured mesh upper looks more vibrant with darker shades of red streaking across. A gold trim arrives atop the luxe nubuck mudguard, while the heel Swoosh is coated in metallic gold. A soft cream is utilized on the laces, collar lining and outsole, providing a visual contrast that screams elegance.
