[Update 13 Jun 2023] The “Deep Royal Blue” Nike Air Max 1 finally gets a release date! Find them on Nike’s brick-and-click on 10 August with an RRP of US$150.

The archetypal Air Max 1, the first shoe to utilize the hallmark Max Air technology, celebrated its 35th Anniversary last year. In continuance, this “Deep Royal Blue” iteration will carry on its storied lineage.

It arrives in a deep royal blue, black, and white color palette, dressing the mesh and suede materials used in its construction. Working in tandem to create a striking and dynamic aesthetic, comes the white foundation, Light Grey overlays and heels, Black Swooshes, and Royal Blue mudguards, inner lining, and tongue trim. Along with the the black rubber outsole and branding on the tongue, is the crisp White midsole completing the look.

There isn’t a release date yet but these official images should suffice for now to pique curiosities. Find them on Nike’s brick-and-click for an RRP of US$150 when it drops.
