Official First Look: Moncler x adidas Originals Collection

[Update 3 Oct 2023] Official campaign imagery of Moncler x adidas Originals, together with release details, have landed. The full Moncler x adidas Originals collection will first receive a 4 October release via adidas and Moncler webstores, followed by a wider release in select stores of both global brands on 5 October.
On top of the adidas Originals Campus in ripstop nylon, the newly-revived NMD will also be available in variations including an NMD runner, Midshoes, and High Boots. Fans can also expect a range of puffers, long sleeve tees and caps. Which item will you be copping?
[Update 18 Apr 2023] New images have surfaced giving a detailed look at an alternate colorway of the collaborative pair. Its ripstop nylon upper engulfed in a striking neon, supported by a white midsole. Its detailing is similar to its blue counterpart seen earlier. Neither a release date nor official images have been disclosed but they should arrive imminently. Stay tuned!
Following Moncler’s “The Art of Genius” showcase at London Fashion Week 2023, we caught a glimpse of the various collaborations that the Italian luxury house has prepared for the year, including one with adidas Originals.
A month has passed and while lineup details are yet to be announced by either labels, images by @wcwb have provided detailed looks to selected models from the collection. Aside a black NMD S1-inspired boots which features Moncler’s signature padded quilting on the uppers, several close-up shots revealed co-branding details that are found on other models in the lineup.
Little were confirmed yet, but a campaign website for the adidas Originals x Moncler Genius “The Art of Exploration” collection has been loaded on the adidas website, revealing its arrival in late 2023.
