Palace has never shied away from trying something outside of the box. The London-based brand does, however, maintain a constant, if undefined, aesthetic despite all of its interests. It is therefore not paradoxical in the slightest that it is working with PORTER to develop a capsule collection for Spring 2023.

The collection features accessories like helmet bags, shoulder bags, and backpacks that represent the duo as well as apparel with the PORTER name on the Tri-Ferg emblem. According to the teaser image, it appears that it is intended to be worn casually, all of which showcase utilitarian functionality.

The 86-year-old Japanese company that specialized in luggage has established a good reputation for its attention to detail when it comes to bags and its dedication to excellence throughout the whole manufacturing process. Palace positions itself as having a streetwear aesthetic and a business model based on scarcity, similar to Supreme. Even so, it seems that both brands share a directional edge and urban aesthetic philosophy that makes the collaboration seamless.

The Palace x PORTER Spring 2023 capsule will be dropping globally on 17 March and in Japan on 18 March through Palace. The details of more items will be updated as soon as fresh information becomes available, so be sure to check back.
