As the Dunk Low has been made accessible in so many different hues and collaborations over the years, collectors and sneakerheads have prized it highly—with Travis Scott, Off-White, and Supreme, significant partnerships have been made. The Nike Sportswear Dunk Low will also get a brand-new needlework makeover in time for spring 2023.

The “colorless” treatment on the sneaker’s leather base lets the smallest amount of contrast take center stage. A slightly darker shade of grey that is ideal for year-round wear appears on the panels that surround the toe, go around the tongue, and span the heel. Minute features like those around the toe box give the Nike Dunk a somewhat standard shoe, some flair. The swoosh emblems on the sides and the unconventional perforation pattern are both decorative. A conceptual update is also made to the “Nike” text on the Achilles’ heel and sockliner. The women’s offering is finished off with a simple, two-tone sole unit.
