Nike’s EMB Pack With Cracked Swooshes Is Coming Soon
Featuring the Nike Air Force 1 ’07 LV8 EMB, Dunk High Retro PRM, and Blazer Mid '77 SE.
The Beaverton-based sportswear company’s most recent collection commemorates professional sports teams by assembling the EMB pack from three of its most well-known styles, including the Air Force 1, Blazer, and Dunk.
The off-court shoe collection chooses a simple color palette, but the aged leathers that highlight the neutrals give them more intrigue. The attraction of the design is enhanced by the cracked leather and torn accents. Interestingly, all three designs’ painted midsoles recall the Maison Margiela x Reebok Classic Leather Tabi, which gives an ensemble a distinctive edge. To minimize branding, the “EMB” and Nike logos use the same color as their respective backgrounds.
Nike will release the Air Force 1 ’07 LV8 EMB, Dunk High Retro PRM, and Blazer Mid ’77 SE as part of the Nike EMB Pack on 18 February. Take a first look at the shoe as we count down to its release day.
