“Comfortable” and “versatile” are few of the many reasons why footwear label KEEN’s products has made a name for their themselves within the community.

This time, with aims to expand their outlook, a latest collaboration has been announced with Japanese designer label HYKE. Inputing their visions towards outdoor functionality, the duo seeks to offer a collection adventurous by heart.

Taking on the concept of “HERITAGE AND EVOLUTION”, the duo looks to KEEN’s archival ROSARITA and SAN JUAN SANDAL models as the base of the lineup. Staying true to the silhouettes’ original details, materials on the uppers have been updated with nubuck eco leather.

Alongside a luxurious microfiber finish, embossed co-branded logos decorate the low-repulsive EVA footbeds. Last but not least, rugged lug detailing enhances durability and slip-resistance of the outsoles.

Pre-releasing on 15 March in Japan via KEEN and HYKE, a global release will follow on 22 March via KEEN and selected retailers. Grab them for 26,400 JPY (~US$205) for the ROSARITA and 24,200 JPY (~US$190) for the SAN JUAN SANDAL.
