[Update 28 Jul 2023] New images of the Nike WMNS Air Jordan 2 “Soft Pink” have emerged, which provide an updated look of the pair’s color coordination. Take a look at them while we await further updates prior to its 31 August release.

The Nike Air Jordan 2 is coming off a great year, and it’s continuing its victory lap through to the second half of 2023. The Peter Moore–Bruce Kilgore design was oft-overshadowed but the sun continues to shine on it with new inline releases. Starting it’s run this year is the women’s exclusive “Soft Pink”.

All its hallmarks are a mainstay, straying away only from the accents typical of its other general releases. Smooth leather forms the base layer of the upper while the signature quarter overlays bear a textured faux lizard finish. Summit White engulfs these parts with the titular Soft Pink accenting the pair on the heel counter, the collar, and tongue trimming. It takes its spot last on the rear of the outsole underfoot.

Joining the palette are Muslin which dresses the midsole and eyestays, and Gym Red giving contrast to the Nike branding on the heel tab and the Jordan Wings emblem on the tongue. Finishing off the color scheme is the singular Grey that takes over the fore of the outsole.

Do note that the image in the slider is a mockup and the final design may deviate some. It’s expected to be released on 31 August, 2023. It’s seasons away but find them on SNKRS with a RRP of US$175 come D-Day.
