Supersized and Layered Swooshes Adorn the Nike Blazer Low Jumbo “White/Navy”
Some say the bigger the better, others say two is better than one. But Nike says it's both.
Nike has been retrofitting its Blazer line in recent years, introducing the supersized motif on the lateral Swooshes. Many colorways have been released since but when bigger is not enough, adding another one seems to be a possible solution. Case in point: the Blazer Low-in-discussion.
The titular shoe is built with a white leather base with suede overlays on the front and heel; while branding elements—from the lateral, outer layered Swoosh, the tongue tag, the footbed and heel graphics—are navy-accented. Decorative stitching embellish the shoe across all its joints, a signature of the silhouette. Another which is its vintage aesthetic, formed through the exposed foam on the tongue and the Sail midsole and laces. As a finishing touch, a Winking Face icon is imprinted on the midfoot lace loop in a light neon green, as well as the female figure on the insoles.
The women’s exclusive Nike Blazer Low Jumbo “White/Navy” will see a release in 2023, although no firm date has been disclosed. The RRP is US$100.
