First Look: Nike Air Jordan 1 “Gold Canvas”
Getting some time in the sun, basking in its colors.
By now, it sounds like we’re preaching to the choir when we say that ’23 will be a big year for “23”. For a few months now, news about a Jordan release slated for next year seems to arrive on a weekly basis, or even daily. A revival, a restock, a new retrofitting. Taking up its own space in the Jumpman’s release calendar next year is the heretofore unseen Nike Air Jordan 1 “Gold Canvas”.
The pair will indubitably get its own time in the sun, going as far as adopting its colors on the upper. Constructed with a smooth leather base layer and canvas overlays, the former takes on a soft Yellow hue with the latter in Crayola’s Gold. The Swooshes on the profiles, as opposed to the familiar die-cut leather, comes embroidered. This, anchored by a white sole unit underfoot.
Not much is known about the pair at the time of writing. But expect an update on a release schedule, a price point, etc. as soon as the powers that be let’s us have it.
