[Update 14 Oct] New release information has been announced regarding the two pairs. Rest assured that the drop remains on 18th October, but acquisition would be via lottery. The “University Blue/Habanero Red” colorway would go live first at 9 a.m. (JST) while the “Light Madder Root/Burgundy Crush” will succeed it at 9 p.m. Pre-entry to the lottery will also be open at AMBUSH WORKSHOP until the 16th at 11:59 p.m., while the one at Umeda Hankyu until the 14th at 5:00 p.m.

Sometime in the middle of August, longstanding collaborators AMBUSH and Nike released the first wave of their Air Adjust Force. The two-pack consisted of the “Psychic Purple” and “Summit White” colorways. While news of all four surfaced around the same time, the final two in the offering will finally see the light of day, with the “University Blue” and “Burgundy Crush” (actually resembling the light of day) getting a release date.

Save for the wilder, more manic color palette, the latter two in the offering features exactly the same components as the earlier two that preceded them. Carrying the same multi-textured construction, the grooves and edges all over the upper remains unchanged, as do the branding elements like the small embroidered Swoosh on the toe box, and the larger one on the lateral. Dual-branding appears on the heel as well, with their individual logos in disparate positions to each other.

Arguably its most distinct feature would be the modular jacket that wraps around the midfoot, the heel before being secured with a strap above the laces. Underfoot reads the words “AIR” while surrounding by the gravel appearance of the recycled scraps of the Nike Grind outsole.

A release date has been scheduled for 18th October on SNKRS with a US$210 price tag.

Before the release cycle for the Air Adjust Force is even over, their next project has already surfaced online. Find out more about the AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 Low.
