Up and rising London-based fashion designer, Susan Fang, showcased ‘Air Light’, a joint capsule collaboration with Crocs on her first-ever runway at London Fashion Week SS23.

The philosophy behind the label is the perception of beauty, the primal fascination of nature, and ever-present fractals. Each collection mixes unique textiles, colors, and silhouettes to produce clothing and accessories with artistic originality. Her work draws inspiration from the world of etherealism and evokes a feeling of lingering poetic enchantress.

Two colorway variations of the Crocs Classic Crush Clog silhouette went along with the concept of tulle dresses and skirts. Reinterpreted in black and beige, the platforms feature a matte texture on the upper for a slight contrast to the glossy midsole. Susan Fang-esque Jibbitz charms were seen adorning the black version to complete the designer’s celestial garments seen on the runway.

She launched her self-titled label in 2017 following her graduation from one of the most prestigious art schools in the world, Central Saint Martins, and has previously designed a collection for Spanish multinational fashion house, Zara.

Check out the designs up above. Stay tuned as we learn more about the co-designed Crocs Classic Crush Clogs as Fang has not yet confirmed an official release date yet.
