[Update 20 Sep 2022] Official images of the Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto have landed. On top of the triple collab with Vanson, Supreme and Yohji Yamamoto have also roped in Tekken and Dr Martens for this limited FW2022 drop.

Pieces include hoodies, beanies, trousers to shoes, with many featuring characters and motifs from the popular video game Tekken. There are also two pairs of Dr Martens shoes, another triple collab, that feature a whimsical all-over brushstroke print. Supreme and Yohji Yamamoto’s co-branding can be found at the lateral heel. Prices for the Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto collab range from US$40 for a beanie to US$1598 for leather biker jacket.

LineSupreme is following up week 4 of their FW2022 collection drops with another big-name collab. After giving us sold-out collabs including a first ever Nike ACG collab, the skate-wear behemoth is now tapping Japanese brand Yohji Yamamoto for a fresh new take on streetwear.

According to leaks, a full apparel collection including tops, bottoms, t-shirts and accessories is in the works. Yohji Yamamoto, best known for its masterful tailoring and drapey sillhouettes, is also a long-time collaborator of adidas with their ongoing Y-3 line. Through Y-3, Yohji Yamamoto has managed to infuse technical construction into sportswear, bringing us futuristic apparel designs and sneaker styles.

No official images of the Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto collab are available yet, but a triple-collab leather jacket between the duo and American leather wear brand Vanson was leaked earlier. The green jacket features a spliced look that sees the logos of the brands mashed up together and showcases the tailoring prowess of the Japanese fashion house.

The Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto collection is set to drop globally on 22 September.
