[Update 17 Aug 2022] The two “Yin Yang Pack” sneakers have been identified as the Nike SB Dunk Low “Black Gum” and “White Gum”, with a reported release date of 1 March 2023. Many sneaker sites have also pointed out similarities between the duo and a pair of Nike SB Dunk Low Pro ISO “Orange Label” released in 2019, citing a near-exact black/white color makeup and gum soles.

Back in the day—2016 to be exact—when Black and White color combos didn’t use to be collectively termed as “Pandas”, Nike SB had already introduced us to a pair of Black/White colorway Dunk Low. This pair of Nike SB Dunk Low “Yin and Yang” features two mismatched shoes on purpose, each side acting as an interesting contrast to the other.

Now, it looks like Nike SB is giving the Chinese concept of Yin Yang a new spin. Two new pairs of Nike SB Dunk Low sneakers have been spotted and will reportedly be releasing as a pack under the name Nike SB Dunk Low “Yin Yang Pack”.

The two sneakers feature two materials: black nubuck and white tumbled leather, but one comes predominantly in white and the other black. On the Nike Dunk Low Yin Yang “White”, the entire upper is outfitted with tumbled leather, sans the Swoosh which is wrapped in black nubuck. The Nike branding on the tongue, insole and heel tab also appear in black.

The Nike Dunk Low Yin Yang “Black” comes in black nubuck, but the Swoosh features the reverse, white tumbled leather. Both pairs feature a white midsole and gum rubber outsole.

The Nike SB Dunk Low Yin Yang Pack is set to drop in Spring 2023. Stay tuned as more info on these sneakers become available.
