Among the endless stream of Dunk Low designs flowing out of Nike’s creative team, there are several novelties that catch the eye. One of these is the Nike Dunk Low “Cacao Wow”.

Featuring a huge variety of textures and earthy tones, the “Cacao Wow” colourway is a sight to behold. The upper consists of a loose woven mesh in grey and brown tones on the mid-panel and forefoot respectively. The highlight panels feature tribal-like light green stitching that stand out over the textured olive green toe and dark brown ankle flap, accentuating the design lines and creating a strong visual imprint. Meanwhile, the tongue tab, eyelets, Swoosh and heel tab are made out of a furry suede. The tongue tab and eyelets complement the upper in a matching grassy green, while the Swoosh and heel tab match the bright, bold blue of the laces, bringing in a watery colour palette to contrast with the general earthy tones. Finally, a green outsole and familiar white midsole round out the shoe’s design.

Overall, the Nike Dunk Low “Cacao Wow” is one of the most interesting Dunk Low colourways released this Summer 2022 season, and matches well with the earthy tones many now use as inspiration for outfits. The Dunk Low “Cacao Wow” is releasing on Nike SNKRS and select retailers on 21 July, 10:00PM EDT, for a retail price of US$120.
