Bo Jackson’s classic Air Trainer SC High is making its way back to storefronts in new colourways! One of these upcoming colourways is the “Raiders”, stylised after the Las Vegas Raiders, the American Football team Bo Jackson played running back for. The Air Trainer SC High “Raiders” features the Raiders’ team colours of black, white and grey. Though this makes for a very neutral look, this allows the mid-section stripes, differing textures and unique sole unit to take the spotlight.
For context, Bo Jackson is the only athlete in history to be awarded the All-Star title in both professional baseball and basketball. His massive popularity elevated the Air Trainer SC III (now known just as ‘Air Trainer SC’) to its current ‘classic silhouette’ status.
The Air Trainer SC High “Raiders” will release sometime in 2022 for a retail price of US$130. It is confirmed to release in Grade School sizes, but adult sizes will likely follow, so keep your eyes glued for more updates.
